ORGANIC OLIVE OIL FROM THE PEARL OF APULIA
This Olive Oil is unique to the Gargano area. On the peninsula, the olives that are picked and pressed for this oil grow. The Extra Virgine Oil has a bright golden yellow color, with a slightly greenish tint. The fruity velvety taste is followed by a slightly bitter note with a small sting in the throat.
This olive oil is very suitable for salads, but can also be advised on steamed vegetables and soup.
