Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and — if reasonably possible — in original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at Info@Purevirge.com. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registration of your return, provided the product has been received in good order.

Return exceptions

For sealed products: once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

Warranty

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or something else occurs that entitles you to a warranty claim. By law, you are required to notify us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. If the seal is broken or the best-before date has passed, the warranty is void. The product must be stored below 23 degrees Celsius.
