Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at Info@Purevirge.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions

For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. If the seal is broken or the idle date has passed, the warranty will be void. The product should be stored / stored below 23 degrees Celsius.
