Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will in principle receive the full order amount credited including shipping costs. In accordance with Article 7.1 of our general terms and conditions, you will not receive the shipping costs back if you as a customer have been negligent. The costs of returning from your home to the webshop are always at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package within the Netherlands; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original state and packaging will be returned to the merchant. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge this depreciation to you. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.

To exercise this right you can contact us at info@purevirge.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
