Can I return my order?

After receiving your order, you can return the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. However, you must indicate the return shipment in advance via the contact form and return the product in the original packaging via the standard parcel service of Post NL.

Do I have to pay for returns?

We ask for a personal contribution of three euros and fifty for returning a shipment. You must pay the contribution at the Post NL drop-off point where you hand in the return shipment.

How do I know if you have received my return shipment?

That is very simple: we will let you know. We will email you as soon as your return shipment has been processed. Usually this is within 5 working days after you have returned it.

How should I send my return shipment?

Shipment must be offered to the parcel service in the original packaging.

What should I do in case of a return if my packaging is not reusable?

That is very unfortunate but no problem. Please contact us via the website.

How quickly will I be refunded after returning?

We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. We have processed most returns within 5 working days after they have been returned. How quickly the money will be in your account depends on your payment method:

iDEAL or pay afterwards: within 3 working days (total 8 days)
Credit card: within 5 working days (total 10 days)

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can. As long as your item has not yet been shipped, you can cancel. You can do this in your account with the item in your order.

But we work very quickly. As a result, your item is sometimes shipped before the cancellation request is received. Of course, you can then return it within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Sometimes we cannot deliver and we have to cancel an order. We will email you about this cancellation. The most common reasons are:

stock is out
address details are unclear or incorrect
our seller could not confirm your order
You will not automatically receive a new item, but we will ensure that you are refunded quickly.
