Can I return my order 

After receiving the order, you can return the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. However, you must indicate the return shipment in advance via the contact form and return the product in the original packaging via the standard parcel service of Post NL.


Do I have to pay when returning?

We ask for an own amount ofthree euros fifty for returning a shipment. You must pay the contribution at the Post NL return point where you hand in the return shipment.


How do I know if you have received my return shipment?

It's very simple: we'll let you know. We will email you as soon as your return has been processed. Usually this is within 5 working days after you have sent it back.


How do I send my return shipment?

Shipment must be offered to the parcel service in the original packaging.


What should I do with a return if my packaging is not reusable?

That is very unfortunate but not a problem. Contact us through the website.


How soon will I be refunded after returning?

We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. We have processed most returns within 5 working days after they have been sent back. How soon the money will be in your account after that depends on your payment method:

  • iDEAL or pay afterwards: within 3 working days a total of 8 daysn)
  • Credit card: within 5 working days a total of 10 daysn)


Can I cancel an order?

Yes of course. You can cancel as long as your item has not yet been shipped. You can then do this in your account with the item in your order.

But we work very fast. As a result, your item is sometimes shipped before the cancellation request arrives. You can of course return within the cooling-off period of 14 days.


Why has my order been canceled?

Sometimes we cannot deliver and we have to cancel an order. We will email you about this cancellation. The most common reasons are:

  • stock is out
  • the address details are unclear or incorrect
  • our salesman could not confirm your order

You will not automatically receive a new item, but we will ensure that you are paid back quickly.
