It is a very special olive oil made from the Arbequina olives. This olive oil has been traditionally smoked over a bed of oak for 15 days. When tasting this product you will taste a whole new experience of aromas and fragrances.
Use this olive oil mainly on fish and meat dishes. It also combines well with grilled vegetables, sauces and soups. Use this oil in moderation.
