Balsamic dressing no. 7
This is a fresh, slightly sour balsamic vinegar from Mussini that has matured for seven years in wooden barrels. It is slightly spicy and higher in acid compared to older balsamics.
This young variety is easy to use in salads and to flavour stews. Dressing no. 7 Ideal for salad, cooked and raw vegetables, white meat, cooked fish, raw vegetables.
White truffle dressing
The dressing is ideal for simple dishes such as egg pasta and risotto. Delicious on hot polenta with Parmigiano Reggiano, on beef fillet, rabbit or turkey. Exceptional on asparagus and egg dishes.
